That's my heat of choice too. Wasabi, horseradish and

Chinese hot mustard. I buy the Chinese mustard powder

is an small can, have to looked in the Asian market?

Mix it with water. I have some good horseradish

powder I found at Pensey's and you mix it up the same

way.
