Guest guest
My name is Sheyen, 33, married, just became a vegetarian, and completely new to all of this. Because of health (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) I am not allowed meats, seafood, or soy products. There are just too many hormones in these products, and my body is on hormone overload. I am still eating dairy products in small amounts, and eggs, but since I only ever use eggs in cooking and baking, it is an ingriedient that I dont use much. Okay here is part of my problem, I DO NOT LIKE BEANS AND LEGUMES. But I was reading a recipe yesterday that had split pea powder, so I am thinking that as a thickner in soups I might just powder all the beans and use that. About the only beans I do like, is refried beans every once in awhile. Oh and green and wax beans, lol. Salads are getting boring!! LOL. Everyone have a good day Sheyen
