Guest guest Posted August 27, 2006 Report Share Posted August 27, 2006 4 Bean Salad 2 cups green beans, french cut 3 cups black beans, cooked 1 cup garbanzo beans, cooked 1 cup adzuki beans or red, beans, cooked 2 onions, sliced 2 green peppers, sliced 2 stalks celery, sliced 2 green onions, thin sliced 2 cups oil 1/2 cup honey 1 tbsp. garlic, pressed 1 lemon, juiced 1 cup white wine 1 teaspoon oregano 1 tablespoon parsley Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mixing thoroughly. Chill overnight. Serves 12.
