I am majorly craving what I nicknamed " fried yucca balls " (oh how original) but the frozen, peeled yucca just isn't as good as the fresh. The problem, it's hard as heck to peel the waxy outside off the fresh stuff. Anyone? this is the original recipe: http://tinyurl.com/j78v2 We use yellow rice instead of ground meat.
