Add extra spices and herbs to taste. So simple and fast making it the perfect quick meal for a hot summer kitchen. Fast Fiesta Soup 2 cans (10 oz each ) diced tomatoes and green chilies 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained Shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream, optional (omit for vegan recipe) In a sauce pan, combine tomatoes, corn and beans; heat through. Garnish servings with cheese and sour cream if desired.
