Anyway, I tried a new concoction today. I needed to eat some more green veggies (I've been eating way too much fruit & bread!). So I experimented a bit in the kitchen. Here are the results. Italian Cut Green Bean Tomato " salad " ? -Boil some cut Italian Green beans -add crushed red pepper (or pepper pieces if you like) -add black pepper -When almost tender, drain -Put them back in the sauce pan & add balsamic vinegrette dressing (to taste). -Cook until warm. Then drain. (You could skip the draining but I didn't want the " slime " effect just the taste). -Cut up some tomatos and mix in a bowl. Yummy!!!
