Guest guest
I can say cigarettes took the most will power. It's extremely hard to kick. Do you know I quitt for 10 years and fell off the wagon for 3 years and now it's 8 years cigarette free. I had bronchitis all the time and I knew I had to quit but I loved to smoke. I still miss it at times. I don't know if that craving will ever completely go away. Even better in my opinion. You can find it health food stores. You just add hot water to it. I bet it tastes similiar to what you are talking about.
