Pasta House Salad 1 medium head romaine lettuce 1 medium head iceberg lettuce 1 10 oz can artichoke hearts 1 10 oz can hearts of palm 1 4 oz jar pimentos 1 medium red onion ½ c Parmesan cheese black pepper salt Dressing ingredients: ½ c oil 1/3 c tarragon or salad vinegar (red wine vinegar will do) Clean and drain lettuce. Tear into pieces. Drain and slice artichokes, hearts of palm and pimentos. Add to greens. Slice onion, separate into rings. Add to greens. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper over salad.
