Guest guest
I was a vegetarian for many years, but in 2001, had to move into an assisted living home because I can no longer take care of myself due to a severe case of the chronic fatigue syndrome. It is very hard to have any control of my diet in this situation, so I have been eating what they feed everybody else until recently. Having a noticeable improvement in energy, I have been able to go vegetarian. I even felt strong enough to go to dinner with the members of the local vegetarian group about a month ago. Being in this group will help keep me motivated and on track. I enjoy reading your posts and even though it would'nt be possible for me to make any of your recipes, I really enjoy reading them--it is the next best thing to eating them.
