Guest guest
Donna, Cor Blimey! It works! I just did it on a piece of paper. How incredible I do the same to all my good friends, regardless if male or female and it still works Have a very nice day Wee On Behalf Of Donnalilacflower 23 September 2006 05:40 selecting spouse OT I don't think a parent has too much control over affairs of the heart. I know it's best to try and talk on the same level, maybe draw their attention to things you might see as an outsider. Life is a big lesson and if you demand believe me you will push your loved one away and they will because very stubborn. I think it's good to suggest they take a paper and fold in half, write 15 wonderful things about this person they want to spend their life with and write 15 things you truthfully see wrong or find negative. It really makes you stop and think. I did this 2 years ago with someone, the paper had 5 positive and 20 negative, It was goodbye to that one. I sometimes think it's human nature to pick out the good and tolerate the negative. Donna,
Guest guest
I dont mean to but in here. I did this 10 years ago when I met my now husband of 8 years. I was getting rid of the ex and father of my children permantently. Having the children that I have with Samantha and her problems for a man to stick around with a woman (me) who cant have more children. Hes gotta be a saint of some sort. Anyhow I did this and it worked I dont remember if there was anything negative at the time. Sheesh he come in and loved my kids like they were his own and to this day still does!. We also did the piece of paper thing when we made the decision for him to change jobs this time. To Drive a truck there was more Positive to changing jobs then there was negative. Moral of this story the PAPER WORKS!!!!
