Dear Christie,

I have included " Picante Pimenton " in " my next shopping list " and tagged it

on the Memo Board in the Kitchen :)

" Pimenton " sounded like Pimento to me :(

Pimemto does have a " smoky " kind of taste.

Pimemto was brought into Jamaica by the Spanish a long time ago, I think?

I can easily be wrong though (usually I am...) :(

Oh that is so kind.

Please look out for them for me.

All costs met :)

Best Wishes,

Wee

Smoked paprika - Wee

No need to wait until then, Wee. Just head to the spice section of

your nearest Sainsbury's and you should find it there - Bart brand

under the name Picante Pimenton which is a basic smoked paprika. The

ones that Sherry talked about are Spanish. I am going to Northern

Spain in September so if you would like I could keep a look out for

some of those for you too.

Christie
