Hi AJ. This recipe sounds wonderful.

i think it is great your kids already like lima beans.

i always loved them as a child, too.... but my dh hates

them to this day; says they give him the shivers! *lol*

i think it is the way some parents forced them upon kids

by serving those icky frozen succotash veggie mixes that

were full of hard limas, wrinkly peas, and mushy carrots.....

so unappetizing! Your recipe sounds like a great way to

enjoy the delicious taste of lima beans done right.
