Four-Squash Soup with Tomatoes, Salsa and Lime - pt

it's a good summer soup. i made it one summer when i

had lots of different squash in the garden. i can't

remember what i served with the soup...probably just a

salad of some sort and perhaps bread or tortilla

chips.

 

sorry about the mention of chicken broth in the

recipe....i neglected to remove that before posting

the recipe. i noticed it when i hit 'send' and

thought DOH!

LOL! Don't worry, i never even saw the chicken broth

when i read the recipe and just read it as no-chicken broth...

that's what i use [imagine brand].

Thank for the serving suggestions. i was thinking tortillas

or some sort of crusty bread would be nice with this soup.
