Vegan Chocolate Cake

I found this recipe today and thought someone might want to try it. I

will not be baking until cooler weather but this looks like a good

cake recipe.

 

Vegan Chocolate Cake

 

2 and 1/4 cups flour

6 Tablespoons cocoa

1 and 1/2 cups sugar

3/4 teaspoons salt.

1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

1 and 1/2 Tablespoons vinegar

3/4 cup oil

1 and 1/2 cups water

 

Mix dry ingredieants wll with a fork, sifter or wooden spoon. Add

vinilla, vinegar, oil and water. Mix well. Grease and flour a 9 by 13

in cake pan or two smaller round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for

35 min.
