My bunch loves this stuff. * Exported from MasterCook * Creamy Egg Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Spreads Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 packages cream cheese -- softened 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon ground mustard 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 8 eggs, hard-boiled 1 medium onion -- chopped In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika and salt. Stir in eggs and onion. Serve on croissants with lettuce if desired. Description: " Quick Cooking - Apr. 02 " Yield: " 5 cups " My daughter and I eat mainly veggies and fruit.
