Guest guest
Dear Donna, It's no use asking me what's for dinner if you going to pass out, ha Today, I am going to boil some young Organic Runner Beans which I harvested from my allotment. I will boil it just right that the colour is still nice and green but soft enough and not crunchy. Then, I lay the beans on an oval dish, very tightly & closely together. Then I browned the garlic and onions with Olive Oil and pourit all over the beans. Dressed it with a pinch of salt and pepper. La La La I have some organic courgettes also which I harvested from the allotment. These courgettes, you folks called " zulchini " , but never mind, same thing I picked them when they are very young and tender otherwise they will grow into a Marrow. I also carefully picked them with the flower still clinging to the ends. I eat the flower too With these, I just cut each one diagonally. Then I make a sauce and just pour the sauce over it, once they are boiled and laid nicely on a plate. The sauce can be any kind of sauce, spicy or not never mind, they are all good & yummy to eat Of course, I eat these with my favorite long grain fragrant rice. This is what I am having for dinner tonight. Maybe when you smell my cooking, you might just recover from your ordeal with the mint, ha, lol Best Wishes, Wee On Behalf Of Donnalilacflower Tuesday, August 22, 2006 8:42 PM RE: Wee and the garden of mint - hahaha I'd pass out if I stepped on the mint plant..........What's for dinner Wee????
