Red Pepper flakes Christie

Hi Christie:

 

The ones I use are called crushed red pepper they are not bell peppers as they

add heat to the dish.

I've seen these mentioned in a number of recipes but I have been

unable to locate any here in Scotland. Are they chilli pepper flakes

or bell pepper?

Christie (who has given up on the hunt for liquid smoke which does not

seem to be available here at all)
