Hot Jamaican Rice - Susie the fire eater

Now Susie those must be defective peppers or you have fried those

taste buds. I wonder if the peppers were old, did they seem rubbery

when you were preparing them for the recipe?. I get them at the

Mexican mercado and they are bright orange and have a snap if you

crush one. That is one very hot pepper.

Nice to hear you enjoy ed the recipe though.

I pour the siracha all over my Asian food also, to me it tastes like

a mildy spicy ketchup.

i even called my dad, who is king of the chieheads.

he said he has never gotten a habanero that wasn't

hotter than heck. insane! now i'm on a quest for a

hot habanero...gonna have to try this recipe again. :)
