Hi Heather,

What a nice post. Thank you for sharing. I did hear about the cider vinegar,

I ran into a man in the flu shot line last year and he was telling me about

this. His arthritis meds gave him serious side effects. After using the cider

vinegar he was able to get rid of the 2 meds.

You can lurk all you want. If everyone posted everyday we would never leave

our computers trying to read everything..LOL

I have heard the same thing. Only mine was from a man who came to take the

bees that had invaded my house. He mixed the vinegar with honey.
