Guest guest Posted September 6, 2006 Report Share Posted September 6, 2006 Cider Vinaigrette 1/8 cup apple cider 1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon walnut oil, or olive oil 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 dash salt 1 dash fresh ground pepper 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped Shake all ingredients in a tightly covered container Makes 2 servings.
