LOL! Well, I am confident you will not regret buying

this cookbook. Ms. Petrovna's recipes are so delicious,

and I am not a vegan, but prefer her ranch dressing

over any others I have tried. Also the Fleetwood Macaroni

Salad, and so many other recipes... every recipe I have

tried so far has been a keeper. You will love it.

I am going to buy some for Yule gifts this year. :)

This is a must have cookbook, especially for vegans.

I'm not vegan either and I just love this cookbook. I

rate every recipe I've tried as a 5 Star plus an extra

star for the names of the recipes.
