Guest guest
My husband and I had a fresh organic spinach salad tonight for dinner this evening with heirloom tomatoes. I purchased the cut up spinach in bulk at my local coop [not in a plastic bag]--it was raised locally. It was very tasty and we feel fine. I refuse to put all of the spinach farmers out of business. They work just as hard as the rest of us. We are all in this together. I understand now they think it was not organic spinach, but conventionally raised spinach. I trust the professionals at the Center of Disease Control--they will sort this out. However, life has its risks. We recently ate a bag of Earthbound Organic Field greens and today I hear that they are being recalled here in Colorado.
