Guest guest
Good info on the Vitamin D. Funny you should mention the suicide rate in Seattle being so high. My daughter just got word that a young girl [18 years old] she knows that moved up there just commited suicide last week; so sad. The depression brought about by lack of sunlight is really an issue with my husband, too. This year he bought one of theose spectrum lights and it made a huge difference this winter. Those lights do look weird, but they work! ~ pt ~ There is no pillow so soft as a clear conscience. ~ French proverb ~~~*~~~*~~~> , " linda " <lindai81 wrote: > > I remember seeing a discussion on Vit D but don't remember which list so I > am going to put my two cents in on here and it probably is really > redundant..but so am I, so here goes. > > To be a vegan Vit D you need D2. Guest guest
Would you, could you, will you share what kind he got and the cost and where? How many lux's? And is it the kind he wears or sits in front of or what? That is so tough on your daughter to hear of a friend committing suicide. I remember how that sort of thing affected me when I was young and it was really traumatic although no one else around me guessed. linda " ~ PT ~ " <patchouli_troll > Good info on the Vitamin D. > Funny you should mention the suicide rate in Seattle > being so high.
