Guest guest
I made something similar a few nights ago but I like the olive oil/garlic combination of yours. Here's mine: Fiery Grilled Asparagus 1-2 lbs fresh asparagus 2 tbsp. sesame oil 3 tbsp. rice vinegar 1 tbsp. Sambal Oelek (ground red chili paste) sprinkle of sugar salt and pepper tot taste 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds Rinse and trim ends of asparagus. Barbecue or broil asparagus, turning frequently, until crisp tender and lightly charred. Remove from grill or broiler and place in a large bowl. In a separate bowl combine oil, vinegar, chili paste, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over asparagus and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot or cold. , " ~ PT ~ " <patchouli_troll wrote: > > Roasted Asparagus > > 1 bunch thin asparagus (about 1 1/2 pounds) > 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil > 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped > 1/4 tsp. coarse sea salt > > Preheat oven to 500ûF.
