My favorite radish salad is one a Hungarian relative used to make. Thinly sliced radishes combined with thinly sliced slivers of green pepper. She used salt and pepper and thinned sour cream for a dressing.You might also use vinegar, sugar, and water, salted to taste...Optional dill.
