Sounds good.

How many servings are taken into account for the nutritional info (thanks

for including that by the way; it's *very* helpful for us rabid calorie

counters!).

Also, are the sweet potatoes cut in halves, slices, or scooped out?

The orange slices, I would guess one orange, cut into 1/4 " slices, is

that about right?
