I will be using them a lot more. I tasted them as a sample a few months ago, I liked the flavor but passed them up. I just recently decided I wanted to add them to my diet because of the Omega 3,6 & 9. I'm a kitchen chemist and will experiment more with them soon. I'd not heard of eating actual hemp seeds. I haven't seen them in my health food store, though maybe my eyes glaze over.
