I made a sweet bread with a custard in the middle for my kid's Norway co-op,

it was a recipe from Norway at Epcot at Disney World, LOL. It was good, a

way different taste for us My kids were the only ones who ate any at the

co-op, but I have weird kids who prefer tofu over hamburgers, LOL.

 

I'd love some recipes! We're starting a geogrpahy unit study and I'm trying

to collect recipes that are from real people to try The internet is

great, but it's so much more meaningful when they come from real people!

 

Now, we know what mandrakes/drakes are! My 7 yr old daughter is obsessed!!
