QOTW: What is your favorite Spring season veggie?

Now days It's not so easy knowing what's really " in season " anymore.

Personally I find this kind of sad. With the ease of getting produce

from around the world, the joy of seasons seems to be deminishing. I

try really hard to grow as many of my own veggies as I can, so that

said, this spring I'll really be looking forward to fresh artichokes,

snap peas, and radishes!!! Any good radishes dishes to share? I feel

like this is a veggie that gets a bit ignored, poor little guy.
