Also, try to find the " low sodium " packets of dried miso soupl..... miso

has a LOT of sodium in it. One of those cups of soup (are the larger ones

now common) can have 20 to 33 % of a days recommended salt (a la USDA.....

some of us think it should be much less).

 

FYI, Mark (same holds true for tamari, soy sauce, even bragg's... amazing

how much sodium is therein)

It is really good for a quicky meal on the go.

Good point about the high sodium; this had 580 mg.

But, so long as you don't eat it all the time.... :)
