I have barely been eating anything, because I have no time to cook (or do the dishes, or go to the grocery store, etc). Does anyone have some *simple* and quick vegan dishes (I'm lactose intolerant) that can be made in a matter of minutes without a lot of prep work? I can only eat so much spaghetti, and other than that, I've hardly eating anything - not good when breastfeeding. I'd love to hear any ideas!
