FYI= Fred Meyer is Kruger Foods Inc. back east.. all

one happy family!

 

I was on one crazy diet once, and part of it was

Fenugreek tea. OH my it was hard to find in those

days!

But I did, it was more like a nice warm soup. It was

nice.

thanks did not know about the Black Salt. great!
