The best part of buying food like this is it usually is also healthier because the nutrients haven't been processed out while junk gets added in. That's why I don't worry about trying to find a " fake " meat. Beans, rice, whole grains, veggies, fruit. Good enough for me. Debbie PS Have you all read " Diet for a Small Planet " .
