I got the tahini finally today and promptly realized I had forgotten what I was going to use it in. LOL As for your problem...I leave it your problem. I have capers though if that will do? Question, at the store they had both roasted/toasted tahini and raw tahini...taste difference? My spell checker wants me to go to Tahiti rather than tahini. I'll go for that.
