Thanks Val, I did freeze a raw Trader Joe's dough once and it was terrible

when I used it 2 weeks later. I wasn't sure if it was the freezing that

caused it. The package said OK to freeze. Trader Joe products are so good, I

was surprised.

I uually buy the Boboli crusts and those freeze and thaw perfectly.
