Guest guest
When I make lasagna and other casseroles, I usually divide the lasagna or casserole into two smaller glass casserole dishes and bake. We eat one now. Let the other one cool, then wrap that whole casserole dish in aluminum foil and freeze. **** Warning*** Do not put a frozen casserole dish into a hot oven. It will crack. I usually let it sit on the counter a couple of hours or put it in the microwave covered with wax paper for a few minutes to bring the casserole dish to room temp. before putting into the oven. If the casserole dish is small enough, you may be able to slide out the frozen entree a Freezer Zip lock bag and keep in freezer until ready to use. Make sure you spray your casserole dish with an spray like Pam prior to putting ingredients into the dish, so you can do this easier.
