He made a great slaw with leeks, cucumbers, nasturiums and a simple slaw dressing. I made eggplant parmesan with an eggplant from my garden, and the crabless crabcakes I got off this list a while ago. I'm doing something wrong with them, they are too wet. But we all ate them up.
