Hi Jeanne, are you sure you don't want to know of a few more good ones?

Join the cookbook club here, many of us read them like novels. I have them all

over the place, even at work on the bookshelf in my office.

I cook from the group files too. Someone is always passing a recipe I have to

hurry and try. Our neighbors moved about 4 months ago and I inherited their

floor too ceiling bookshelf and just the vegetarian cookbooks I own have to

full.

Tell us what your favorite book is so far.

Since I joined this group, I'm sure I've spent at least three hundred

dollars, perhaps more (but who's counting) on books! Even bought Deborah

Madison's tome, but have yet to make anything from it - though I must say,

everything in there sounds wonderful.

It's really gotten bad....Barnes and Noble here in town now rolls out the

carpet for me and serves me Starbucks....nice, but embarrassing.

Amazon gives me free shipping (plus has a running tally of much I have

spent there - do they think I really want to know?)

Told hubby I am ordering 2 more floor to ceiling bookcases the end of this

month....he just shook his head. He knows what ever I do, I do 1000% and I

think frankly that right now he's afraid...very afraid.

But you know what? I'm still cooking the recipes posted by this group! I

read all those books like novels - take them to bed with me - and yes, I'll

admit I enjoy them immensely...but come dinnertime, I'm making something I

just printed from the digest!!! Have not had a failure from this great

bunch of cooks yet!!!
