Guest guest Posted September 18, 2006 Report Share Posted September 18, 2006 I liived through Montezuma's Revenge in Mexico and lost 30 lbs almost overnight, it took me 6 months to get over that. I'm not living in fear, I'm eating all my veggies and washing them real good first. The rest is our of my hands. I have quite a bit of frozen spinach, collard greens to toss in soups.
