Hi Sheyen,

A website that really helped me when I started trying to lose weight

last year was www.FitDay.com . It's a free online food journal that

helped me keep track of what I was eating. I've lost 20 - 25 lbs over

the past year & a half and I can sit down in my jeans without my eyes

bugging out :) Be patient with yourself and don't get down on

yourself. The most important part is being good to ourselves with

good healthy food no matter what size we are. *hug*

I lost 12 lb. very fast and am continuing to lose now

but slower. Most importantly, I can tell my body is

changing. I feel so much better. I think in addition

to changing your diet to whole grains and veggies that

watching your saturated fats is key. Unfortunately

for my hubby that includes cheese, butter, and eggs.

We had actually switched to egg beaters a long time

ago so that's no big deal. But he adores cheese. His

body seems to be able to handle the cholesterol and

when checked his cholesterol is fine. Mine isn't

unless I am very careful. I think to a large extent

that is why I feel so much better now. I have a

feeling my cholesterol level is very good.
