Found it... this stuff is YUMMY.

(Veggie) Cincinnati " Skyline " Chili

Ingredients:

1-quart veggie broth

2 pounds of ground soybeef crumbles

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

4 tablespoons of chili powder

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of cumin

3/4 teaspoon of minced garlic

1/2-teaspoon salt

1/4-teaspoon allspice

1/4-teaspoon ground cloves

1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper

1 bay leaf

2 8 oz cans tomato paste

2 tablespoons vinegar

1/2 oz (1/2 square) unsweetened chocolate

In a four-quart saucepan, bring broth to a boil, add soycrumbles. Use

a stick blender in the pot (or scoop out the crumbles and run through

a blender, once they're completely thawed, returning to the pot when

done). Cover and simmer for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients

and mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered

stirring occasionally for about twenty minutes.

What you now have is the basic sauce. In Cincinnati, this is how it is

served:

* 1-Way, a bowl of just the sauce

* 2-Way, sauce served over spaghetti, the thinner the spaghetti better

* 3-Way, sauce + spaghetti + kidney beans

* 4-Way, sauce + spaghetti + kidney beans + chopped onions

* 5-Way, sauce + spaghetti + kidney beans + chopped onions + grated

cheese (the finer the grate the better)

A bowl of oyster crackers is always served along side.
