Guest guest
I too have a terrible time with being nauseated. I have found that rubbing peppermint oil on my temples and wrists helps. You can also try drinking peppermint tea. Fresh ginger root can be used to make a tincture. Use 2-3 drops per dose for nausea. If you can get Ginger essential oil it says 1-2 drops on a sugar lump or in a half teaspoon of honey will also help with nausea. I have never tried ginger so I don't know how well it works. Hope this helps! If not I would be happy to fly to Australia and help figure something out! LOL! I was doing a travel search last night on prices for cruises and plane tickets to Australia. I am going to be a very old woman before I can afford a cruise! Lesa Harmon Thanks for your input everyone. There's lots of useful hints and suggestions there. I've also got to do a certain amount of things for myself - e.g. stop sulking about my situation, bite the bullet, and get my nutrition regardless of whether it's stuff I don't like. It's hard - of course its hard, as I suffer nausea as well - but it's not the end of the world. Regards Louise South Australia
