Guest guest Posted September 3, 2006 Report Share Posted September 3, 2006 I'd be curious to know if anyone has experienced weight loss while on a daily flax regimen. I started taking flax seeds (2-3 T per day, faithfully) a year ago. While I do tend to watch what I eat ( high fiber, never eat in between meals, avoid fat and sugar, white food for the most part, junk, processed foods, etc.) I still enjoy a variety of foods and never feel deprived. I've dropped two sizes in a year. Did some research and learned that flax can rev up your metabolism. This is the only thing I can figure that has caused the weight to come off because my diet hasn't changed that drastically to warrant the weight loss. Comments, anyone?
