Okra and Potatoes

This sounds very good. Just one question, when do you

add the sliced okra to the saute?

i don't know why some people don't like okra.

Is it a textural thing?

i know you also have a great recipe for okra patties

that even okra-haters will enjoy. Have you posted that

one here before?
