Give it a try and then sprinkle this on your veggies for a little taste of heaven on earth. Then BUY THE BOOK! *lol* Tanya Petrovna is a vegetarian goddess. ISBN# 1-59030-076-9 Gomasio (sesame salt) 1 cup toasted sesame seeds 2 tsp. celtic sea salt First toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet for a few minutes, being careful not to burn them. Then, toast the sea salt for a few minutes in a dry skillet. Combine together and grind them with a mortar and pestle.
