Guest guest
These things are really really really good. I mean they have to be - scroll down and look at the ingredients. Yah exactly. These don't really have the consistency of cookies. More of a fudgy type of thing. Crazy good (and I'm not really a sweets type of person). I ended up adding half a teaspoon each of vanilla and almond extract and I used dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet. What I really like is that this is a really good base to mix and match ingredients for different batches in the future (peanuts, coconut, pecan, raisans) - and I'll definitely be making other batches. Thank you thank you, Lorri! S.
