Guest guest Posted August 24, 2006 Report Share Posted August 24, 2006 Chayote Delight 2 large summer chayote 1 medium onion 1 large bell pepper 1/2 stick butter or extra virgin olive oil 5 radishes, diced Wash and slice chayotes into thin pieces.
