Guest guest
Time to share one of my recipes. This makes the best hot cocoa mix recipe I have ever tried, and I have tried many in my quest to find the right blend. Package some up in jars to share with co-workers, teachers or your posse. Now I haven't tried this yet with soy milk power, so if any of you are adventurous and do that please let me know how it works out, k? Oh, and this is also good to stir into a cup of prepared coffee for a mocha flavor. Hot Cocoa Mix 6 & 2/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder 1 cup instant chocolate drink mix 1 package ( 5 oz) cook-and-serve chocolate pudding mix 1/2 cup confectioners sugar 1/2 cup powdered non-dairy creamer 1/2 cup baking cocoa ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS: 1 cup boiling water In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 3 months. Yield: 21 cups of cocoa ( about 7 cups of mix total) To Prepare Hot Cocoa: Dissolve 1/3 cup cocoa mix in boiling water. [we tend to use a bit less than 1/3 cup... more like three spoonfuls but go by your taste] ~ PT ~ He that is of the opinion money will do everything may well be suspected of doing everything for money. ~ Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790)
