Guest guest Posted March 28, 2006 Report Share Posted March 28, 2006 well I agree that stress would be a factor!...'cept I don't really have alot of stress...Yes, sleep is good...might have something to do with the photo-estrogens in the wild clover I added to my diet to help me sleep...I'll think about that...thanks I'm thinking a yoga class would be a mellow way to renegotiate with my new body...looked in the mirror today...
