Guest guest
1-2 package coleslaw (I prefer the kind with carrots in, but that is just me) 1 bunch scallions, chopped 1/3 almonds, toasted 2 T sesame seeds, toasted (I always have a hard time not burning them) 2 packages Ramen noodles, the recipe calls to put them in dry but I like to blanch them so they don't soak up all the dressing). I also bang them on the counter to break them up some first. NO seasoning mix from the Ramen.... Dressing is: 1/2 cup oil (I use less) 3T rice wine vinegar (I use WAY more. I usually actually switch the portions of oil and wine vinegar) 1 T sugar 1/3 tsp white pepper 1 t ginger. (if I'm feeling fiesty I'll use fresh) Toss, and let it sit at least a few hours before serving. YUM
